摘要
阴道微生物组是阴道中独特的微生物集合,对宫颈、阴道健康至关重要.最近的研究表明,以乳杆菌减少和有害细菌过度生长为特征的阴道微生物群会引发免疫和上皮稳态失调的炎症微环境,可能会进一步加剧人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)持续感染和宫颈分化异常,推动宫颈癌变.全文就阴道微生物组与HPV感染相关的宫颈癌发生及进展的关系,以及益生菌群对宫颈疾病尤其是宫颈癌的预防及治疗的潜力进行综述.
Abstract
The vaginal microbiome is a unique collection of microorganisms in the cervicovaginal area that is critical to cervical health.Recent studies have shown that disruption of the vaginal microbiome,characterised by Lactobacillus reduction and harmful bacterial overgrowth,may ex-acerbate persistent HPV infection and cervical differentiation abnormalities,which is a prominent global health problem driving the cervical cancer.This paper is based on the influence of vaginal microbiome on the development of cervical cancer,and further elaborates on the review of probiotic flora for the prevention and treatment of cervical diseases,especially cervical cancer.
