摘要
[目的]癌症相关静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)是导致癌症患者死亡的主要原因之一,本研究构建癌症相关VTE数据库(cancer and venous thromboembolism database,AVOID)并探讨其应用前景.[方法]通过对已建立的癌症患者导管相关性血栓发生风险队列进行优化和完善,并经专家讨论,形成AVOID数据库的结构、纳入排除标准、信息采集、随访、质量控制等内容.[结果]构建的AVOID数据库包括:基线信息、血液样本信息、VTE筛查/监测数据、随访数据4个部分,以中晚期(Ⅲ～Ⅳ期)癌症患者为研究对象,定期收集癌症相关VTE的筛查、长期抗凝治疗、生活质量、生物样本等信息.[结论]AVOID数据库的建立可为我国癌症相关VTE的发生风险预测、预防及治疗等提供了重要的数据和样本支持.
Abstract
[Objective]To construct the cancer and venous thromboembolism database(AVOID)and to discuss its application prospect.[Methods]Based on the established cohort of cancer patients at risk of catheter related thrombosis,the structure,inclusion and exclusion criteria,data collection,follow-up,quality control and other protocols of AVOID were developed through expert discussions.[Results]AVOID comprises four sections:baseline information,blood sample information,VTE screening/moni-toring data and follow-up data.It focuses on patients with late-stage(stages Ⅲ～IV)cancer and regularly collects information on cancer-associated VTE screening,long-term anticoagulation therapy,quality of life,biological samples,and other related information.[Conclusion]The establishment of AVOID pro-vides a database for risk prediction,prevention and treatment of cancer-associated VTE in China.
