Research Progress on Tertiary Lymphoid Structures Maturity and Prognosis of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Tumor progression following treatment remains a clinical challenge, which is influ-enced by various factors, including the high-density tertiary lymphoid structures(TLS)in tumor microenvironment(TME).Recent research indicates a significant association between TLS in TME and favorable prognoses for NSCLC patients.Additionally,TLS can serve as an independent pre-dictive indicator for evaluating patient outcomes. This paper aims to provide a concise overview of TLS formation, maturation, and its impact on the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
