摘要
肿瘤进展受多种因素影响,其中肿瘤微环境中的三级淋巴结构(tertiary lymphoid structures,TLS)是不可或缺的一部分.近年来研究表明肿瘤微环境中的TLS与非小细胞肺癌良好预后显著性相关,且TLS可以作为一个独立预测指标用于评估非小细胞肺癌患者预后.全文对TLS形成、成熟以及其对于非小细胞肺癌患者预后评估作简要阐述.
Abstract
Tumor progression following treatment remains a clinical challenge,which is influ-enced by various factors,including the high-density tertiary lymphoid structures(TLS)in tumor microenvironment(TME).Recent research indicates a significant association between TLS in TME and favorable prognoses for NSCLC patients.Additionally,TLS can serve as an independent pre-dictive indicator for evaluating patient outcomes.This paper aims to provide a concise overview of TLS formation,maturation,and its impact on the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
