摘要
肺癌是我国发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤.精准放疗显著提高了肿瘤控制率、降低了不良反应,在肺癌治疗中发挥着重要作用,在图像引导放疗基础上发展起来的在线自适应放疗(adap-tive radiotherapy,ART)逐步进入临床.为规范ART在肺癌治疗中的临床应用,推动技术发展与临床协作,我国专家基于现有文献和临床经验,制定了《肺癌在线自适应放射治疗中国专家共识》.全文对该共识进行解读,梳理其产生背景、核心内容、亮点以及未来研究方向.
Abstract
Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality.Precision radio-therapy significantly improves tumor control and reduces treatment-related toxicities,which plays a criti-cal role in treatment of lung cancer.With the rapid development of advanced technology,online adaptive radiotherapy(ART)based on image-guided radiotherapy has been widely applied in China.In order to standardize clinical application and to improve the cooperation of technology and scientific research,the Chinese Expert Consensus on Online Adaptive Radiotherapy for Lung Cancer has been developed.This paper interprets the consensus,focusing on its background,core content,highlights,and future re-search directions.
