Analysis of Abnormal Conduction Test resistance of an Electronic Ignition Unlocking Device and Improvement of Product Reliability
As a connecting link between a ground measurement and control system and a catapult power device,the new electronic ignition unlocking device can complete the ignition to produce high-pressure gas after receiving the insurance removal instruction from the ground measurement and control system.As the core device of the electronic ignition unlocking device,the reliability of the magnetic latching relay and the rationality of the ignition safety logic design are the key to realize the electronic ignition unlocking function.Through experimental research,it is found that the stability of the armature in the harsh environment can be improved by changing the installation method of the magnetic latching relay and installing a rubber vibration cushion under the relay bottom plate to avoid the jitter of the armature,and the ignition safety logic can be optimized,so that the environmental adaptability and quality reliability of the product can be significantly increased.
