Research on Quality Performance Evaluation and Application of Three Types of Core Personnel in Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises
The quality performance evaluation of personnel in equipment manufacturing enterprises is a powerful tool for improving product quality and enterprise competitiveness.Based on a systematic analysis of the responsibilities of R&D,management,and operation personnel in equipment manufacturing enterprises in internal quality management,and the source characteristics of indicator data,a comprehensive quality performance evaluation index system has been developed,which includes basic quality performance,personnel quality rewards and punishments,and personnel quality innovation.With the characteristics of subjective and objective weights,a combination weighting method is used to determine the weights and a linear synthesis method is used to evaluate quality performance.The case study demonstrates the application value and guiding role of this method,which provides theoretical and practical guidance for improving the quality performance of all employees.
