控制舱生产过程质量4.0研究与应用探索

对质量4.0的内涵进行了研究,分析了质量4.0的典型特征,对质量4.0的应用进行了探索,以控制舱生产线为试点对象,建立了控制舱生产过程质量4.0体系架构,论述了各层级之间的作用与相互关系,调查了各工序工业数据采集的方式方法,打通了数据流通的渠道,探索研究了关键技术在实际中的应用,形成了执行与决策之间的上传下达,并对控制舱生产过程质量要求进行了调查,提出了实现质量可感知、可检测、可预防的主要方案.
Research and Application Exploration of Control Module Production Process Quality 4.0
This paper studies the connotation of quality 4.0,analyzes the typical characteristics of quality 4.0,and explores the application of quality 4.0.Taking the control cabin production line as a pilot,the quality 4.0 system architecture of the control cabin production process is established,the roles and relationships between various levels are discussed,and the methods of industrial data collection in each process are investigated.The channel of data circulation is opened up,the application of key technologies in practice is explored,and the uploading between execution and decision is formed.The quality requirements of the production process of the control chamber are investigated,and the main scheme to realize the quality to be perceived,detected and prevented is proposed.
