In order to adapt to the new challenges of outsourcing cooperation in aerospace enterprises and solve the problems of unattainable conventional outsourcing products,a research was conducted on the classification and grading of aerospace product importance and supplier capability levels.A new model of differentiated outsourcing product assurance was established,and 29 optional differentiated outsourcing product assurance control measures were configured for different products and supplier combinations,as well as supplier incentive measures,which effectively improves the quality control level of aerospace product outsourcing,and achieves mutual benefit and a win-win between aerospace enterprises and suppliers.
