Research On Outsourced Suppliers Differentiated Management for Aerospace Projects
As a component of an enterprise's strategic management,supplier management plays an increasingly important role in maintaining the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Compared with procurement suppliers,outsourced suppliers involve greater difficulties in management and uncertainties.As per supervisor's instructions and product characteristics,it has become necessary to implement differentiated management for outsourcing suppliers,in order to fully utilize the high-quality supplier resources and propel the development of these enterprises.This article analyzes and examines different levels of management and control modes in terms of outsourcing product classification,access identification,process control,supply source relationship management,etc.,to improve the outsourcing supplier management,increase its efficiency,and reduce outsourcing supplier product risks.
