摘要

随着全球经济从工业经济向数字经济加速过渡,物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等前沿技术的发展,推动着传统"链式"供应链向"网状"供应链转型,这给全球范围内的企业都带来了新一轮的发展机遇,要抓住发展的契机,企业必须顺势而为,改造升级传统供应链,使其向数字化供应链转型.航天企业有其自身的使命责任和企业特征,进行数字化转型是一个复杂而艰巨的任务.在此背景下,本文探讨了航天企业供应链数字化转型面临的挑战,提出了航天企业数字化转型的应对策略及建议,以促使企业建立符合数字化转型的战略规划、企业文化和组织机构,并长期保持创新驱动与持续改进,坚持"一切以数据说话",以数据赋能企业发展,从而在数字化时代中获得转型成功.

Abstract

As the global economy progresses from the industrial era toward digitalization,the development of cutting-edge technologies,such as Internet of Things,Big Data,Cloud Computing,and Artificial Intelligence have revolutionized the supply chain from its traditional chain structure toward a more intertwined web structure.This has brought a new round of opportunities for enterprises worldwide.To seize this opportunity for development,companies should take advantage of the trend and digitalize their supply chain.Given that aerospace companies have their own mission,responsibilities,and distinct situations,such digitalization can be complex and arduous.In this context,this article explored the challenges aerospace companies may encounter in digitalizing their supply chain and proposed plausible strategies and recommendations.The goals include promoting the establishment of strategic planning,solidifying corporate culture and its organizational structure in line with digital transformation,maintaining its drive for innovation and propelling continuous improvement in the long run.We adhere to the principle of"speaking through data"in empowering the enterprises'development,so as to achieve success in the digital era.
