The application of penetration management in a supplier company is key to controlling product costs and stimulating continuous advancement of product quality,and is essential to supply chain management in state-owned enterprises.In order to improve the supplier management of attitude control engines and realize a smooth transition from post-treatment to prevention-in-advance,this paper elaborates on the current situation of supplier management,analyzes its main problems,including insufficient ability in management and control,lacking in process management,lagging in risk identification,etc.,and puts forward a full-scale penetrating management model of suppliers based on product quality,schedule guarantee,and management cost;the model has gone through preliminary practice and achieved positive results.
