摘要

结合对外包供应商多年的管理经验,突破"甲方乙方"上下游合作的简单思维,提出一种基于"合作共赢"理念的外包供应商管理模式,从纵向需求传递、横向综合帮扶、深度穿透管控和动态绩效评价4个维度,阐述对外包供应商运营合作管理的具体方法,为外包供应商管理模式的创新提供参考.

Abstract

Based on years of experience in outsourcing supplier management,the author goes beyond the traditional,rather simple mindset of buyer-supplier mode and proposes an outsourcing supplier management model that is founded on the belief in mutually beneficial cooperation.Elaborated in this paper are the specific methods of operational cooperative management with outsourcing suppliers from four dimensions:vertical demand transmission,horizontal comprehensive assistance,in-depth penetrating control,and dynamic performance evaluation.This goal of this paper is to provide references and draw inspiration for innovation in outsourcing supplier management modes.
