Research on Classification Control of Aerospace Suppliers based on the Degree of Dependence
As the aerospace industry expands every year,the competition in model production becomes increasingly intense,and the stability of the supply chain can directly affect the development of aerospace enterprises.Keeping an excellent supplier team and ensuring the effectiveness of its management are fundamental to maintaining the stability of the supply chain.Given the current situation where suppliers provide varied types of materials with rigorous technical-specific requirements and tight supply schedules,the traditional single-supplier management model is no longer applicable.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of aerospace model suppliers,this paper constructs a two-dimensional matrix model of classification from the standpoint of the degree of dependence of the cooperative relationship and categorizes aerospace model suppliers into four groups:supplier-led suppliers,production-led suppliers,mutually independent suppliers,interdependent suppliers,and then explores the means of management for these four types of suppliers.
