The aerospace industry is characterized by its high-tech intensity and the integration of multiple disciplines.This article sheds light on the supplier quality management methods for a core aerospace product by examining a range of procedures,including supplier selection,implementation of product assurance requirements,technical status control,baseline management,secondary outsourcing,and acceptance inspection.This paper presents a variety of feasible approaches to managing and examining the quality of a supplier and offers insights and methodologies that can be applied to the supplier quality management of similar products in related fields.
