This paper introduces the development characteristics of aerospace model missions and the current situation of its supply chain management,and demonstrates the advantages of applying Agile Supply Chain Management based on the Penetrating Model.This paper proposes the construction of a complete sub-penetrating supply chain management model as the types of our products have diversified and stages of production have varied.This paper explores strategies of supply chain management that suit the actuality of the company as well as its local society,so as to improve the efficiency of the supply chain management and contribute to the advancement of the space industry.
