Practice of Spacecraft Product Inspection and Detection System Based on Systems Thinking
Characterized as highly technical and specialized tasks,inspection and detection of intelligent manufacturing play an increasingly prominent role in the field's evolution.To meet the development needs of normalizing the increased workload of scientific research and tasks and maintaining continuous innovation,this paper takes aerospace product inspection and detection as an example and applies the concepts of lean quality management and system management thinking to construct an inspection and detection technology system and management system.The overall system framework,construction plans,and working mechanisms have all been tested in engineering practice.In leveraging the effectiveness of the system,the foundation for high-quality development is further consolidated;this effort lays strong support for the organization's ability enhancement and continuous improvement.
