电子产品长期加电工作条件下的加速寿命试验技术研究

摘要
为满足当前条件下电子产品长期加电工作寿命指标验证需求,研究了基于系统可靠性模型的长期加电加速寿命试验验证技术.基于电子产品中元器件的失效率,形成加速因子算法和设计试验验证方案的思路.利用该方法,针对某组合线路板设计了验证试验剖面,并实施了试验验证,评估了其长期加电工作寿命.
Abstract
In order to ensure the quality of the long-term life of power-on electric products,it is necessary to develop a corresponding accelerated life test(ALT)technology.Based on the system reliability model,an accelerated factor(AF)algorithm is developed and calculated by component failure rates of working and testing conditions,and a method of test verification method is put forward.An example of a control unit is given and the method is proven valid.
