摘要
将A3管理方法运用在质量管理体系改进过程中,聚焦研究现状,深挖问题根源,考虑更多的解决对策.然后制定实施计划,稳步推进,强化工作闭环管理,助推研究所质量保证能力持续提升和科研生产模式优化升级.
Abstract
Our team applied the A3 management method in the process of improving the quality management system and documented our work in this paper.Specifically,we focus on the current research situation,delve into the root of the problems,consider as many potential solutions as we can,and then formulate implementation plans,steadily implement them while strengthening closed-loop management of work and promoting the continuous improvement of the quality assurance ability of the research institute and the evolution of the scientific research and production models.
