Discussion on Quality Management System Construction of University Research
With the current social and economic progress,the responsibility shouldered by higher education has become increasingly important.The quality management of a university's scholarly endeavor,as a core component of higher education,is crucial to the institute's academic development and social progress.This paper is composed of a blueprint for a university research quality management system,a few suggestions on its overall construction and specific details.In writing this paper,we delved into the management practice of the university research quality management system construction and operation while seeking solutions based on the constructional needs of a university research's quality management system;as a result,we examined the issue from several aspects,such as process method,document composition,organizational structure,product realization process,etc.Through this study,we aim to promote the quality of university research and provide a reference for the establishment and effective operation of a university research quality management system.
