摘要

科研项目内部评审是装备设计质量把关的重要环节.围绕当前科研项目内部评审出现的问题剖析原因,基于"策划-实施-检查-处置"(PDCA)的质量方法进行思考,从加强先期质量策划、优化评审流程、选择评审方式、增加评审角色、建立专家考核激励机制、总结提炼形成评审知识库等方面提出优化措施.通过建立起评审管控的长效机制,旨在提升评审效率和质量,为优化科研项目内部评审活动提供借鉴.

Abstract

The internal review of scientific research projects is an important part of the quality control of equipment design.Analyzing the causes of the problems in the internal review of current scientific research projects,this paper proposes measures for improvement based on the PDCA quality method from the following aspects:strengthen advance planning,optimize review process,select review methods,expand review roles,establish an incentive mechanism driven by expert assessment,summarize and refine the review knowledge base,etc.By establishing a long-term mechanism for review and control,this paper aims to improve the efficiency and quality of design review and provides a reference for optimizing the review process of scientific research projects.
