摘要
在规模化生产背景下国产元器件大批量上装应用势头迅猛,国产高等级元器件市场供不应求现象凸显,出现技术转化迟缓、供应能力不足、供应价格居高不下等问题,供需失衡态势加剧,严重制约装备规模化、低成本、可持续发展,急需畅通工业级元器件选用渠道,将成熟优质稳定的工业级元器件纳入工程应用.在分析国产工业级元器件现状及不同等级元器件差异的基础上,对典型供应商及产品开展了调研及评价,对工业级元器件上装应用的风险及薄弱环节进行了研究,提出了国产工业级元器件上装应用可靠性风险应对措施,以促进国产工业级元器件高可靠、低成本推广应用.
Abstract
Under the background of large-scale production,domestic components have been rapidly applied in larger and larger quantities.The domestic high-grade components market has been in short supply,and problems of slow technology transformation,insufficient supply capacity,and high prices have been aggravated.This imbalance between supply and demand has severely restricted the development of the equipment from being large-scale,low-cost,and sustainable.It is urgent to develop the selection channels for industrial-grade components and to incorporate into engineering applications the industrial-grade components that are mature,high-quality,and stable.Based on the investigation of domestic industrial components status and the differences between various grades of components,we evaluated the typical suppliers and products and researched the risks and weak links of the application of industrial components.As a result,we propose countermeasures for the reliability risks of the application of domestic industrial components,with the ultimate goal of promoting the application of domestic industrial components with high reliability and low cost.
