摘要
根据航天器制造核心企业的外协/外包供应链建设实践经验,对其外协/外包供应链建设的现状分析、建设原则及具体举措进行了总结.企业通过优化供应链配置、实施差异化管控、推广使用框架协议采购、强化供应商绩效考核等方法,极大地提升了外协供应链的保障能力和航天产品的质量水平,同时显著降低了外协/外包成本.
Abstract
Based on the practical experience of the core spacecraft manufacturing enterprises in building an outsourcing supply chain,this article summarizes the demand analysis,building principles and specific measures of the outsourcing supply chain.Through optimizing supply chain allocation,implementing differentiated management and control,promoting the use of framework agreement procurement,strengthening supplier performance evaluation,and more,the support capacity of the outsourcing supply chain and the quality of spacecraft products have been greatly improved,and the outsourcing costs have been significantly reduced.
