面对航天型号高密度发射任务,为实现高质量、高效率、高效益的目标,有效缩短产品研制周期,降低研产成本,促进航天型号快速集成,高效完成研制任务,探索航天通用产品货架以促进航天型号研制的研究与实践势在必行.通过聚焦产品型谱建设、统一技术与管理要求、产品成熟度提升与定级、货架产品管理和货架/型谱产品选用5项基础要素,构建质量与可靠性稳定的航天通用产品货架,推动科研生产模式从型号驱动向型号与产品并重驱动转变.目前,航天通用产品货架建设与应用工作已在航天领域多方面试用并取得一定成效,为科研生产模式转型提供了实践经验.
Research and Practices for General Aerospace Product Shelves
In the face of the high-density launch tasks of aerospace models,in order to achieve the goal of high quality,efficiency and effectiveness,it is imperative to effectively shorten the product development cycle,reduce the cost of research and production,promote the rapid integration of aerospace tasks,efficiently complete the development tasks,explore the product shelves of aerospace general products,and promote the research and practice of aerospace task development.By focusing on the construction of product spectrum,unifying technical and management requirements,product maturity improvement and grading,COTS management and product shelves/spectrum products selection,we will build a high-quality,reliable and stable aerospace general product shelves,and promote the transformation of research and production mode from task-driven to combination of task-driven and product-driven.At present,the construction and application of product shelves of aerospace general products have been tried in many aspects in the aerospace field and have achieved certain results,which provide some practical experience for the transformation of research and production mode.
