摘要
以提升宇航产品在轨可靠性、生产稳定性、批产合格率为目标,在新时期宇航产品化的工作体系下,构建起规范化、常态化的宇航产品薄弱环节治理工作机制.具体介绍了宇航产品薄弱环节的定义与分级、识别途径、治理工作流程、成果的应用与落实等方面的做法,可为宇航企业传统研制模式的转型提供参考.
Abstract
With the goal of improving the inorbit reliability,production stability,and batch produciton qualification rate of spacecraft products,this article constructs a standardized and normalized mechanism for addressing weak links in aerospace products under the new era of aerospace productization work system.It introduces the definition and classification of weak links in aerospace products,identification methods,governance workflow,application and implementation of achievements for weak links in spacecraft products,and provides some references for the transformation of traditional research and development models in aerospace enterprises.
