Exploration and Practice of Enhancing Aerospace Heat Pipe Production Capacity with Product Optimization
Aluminum-ammonia axis groove heat pipe is one of the most widely used,efficient,and reliable heat transfer components in spacecraft applications.Currently,new mission characteristics of mission surge,fierce competition,shortened cycle and strict cost control necessitate the heat pipe production to larger scale,shorter cycle and lower cost.To adapt to the new situation,with product optimization as the core,efforts are focused on establishing a scaled product spectrum,systematic organizational mechanism and intelligent production line to create new quality productive force.For scaled production,a systematic analysis of the current situation and future needs is conducted to compress,merge,and upgrade the product spectrum.A systematic organizational mechanism and an independent product team are established.The product spectrum is continuously iterated to improve the selection rate.An intelligent production line with scale effects is built,implementing work to significantly increase capacity,compress production cycles and costs,and minimize manpower requirements.
