摘要
商业航天发展已经迎来了重大的窗口期和机遇期,对产品低成本、短周期和批量化的需求明显,与集团公司新时期产品化工作要求不谋而合.面向商业航天对高性能、低成本的新型动力应用需求,以产品化工作为主线,通过优化霍尔电推进产品型谱架构、基础模块和技术共用、数字化仿真支持产品正向设计、组批投产分组生产、优化自动测试流程和货架标准构建等手段,探索并初步形成商业航天霍尔电推进产品研制流程,现已交付用户数十台/套霍尔电推进产品,初步形成了规模化、低成本的商业航天电推进产品研制生产能力.
Abstract
The commercial aerospace is growing rapidly.The demand for low cost,short period and mass production of products is obvious,which coincides with the requirements of the product optimization of the group company.To meet the requirements of commercial aerospace applications for high-performance and low-cost new power applications,it takes the product optimization as a main line.By means of optimizing the spectrum of Hall thruster,basic module and technology sharing,digital simulation supporting product design,group and batch production,optimizing automatic test process and shelf standard construction and the like,the development process of hall thruster product for commercial aerospace is explored and preliminarily formed.It has delivered dozens of sets of Hall electric propulsion products to customers,and has initially formed a large-scale low-cost commercial aerospace electric propulsion product development and production capacity.
