摘要
为明确新时期产品化各队伍的工作职责和产品化各要素的工作流程,推进型号和产品双驱动的科研生产模式转型,提出了一种基于产品化各要素与队伍相互关联、覆盖多层级产品对象的"交互型"工作模式,介绍了其在产品型谱建设、选用管理等产品化各工作要素中的实践成果,可为相关产品化工作的有效开展提供借鉴.
Abstract
In order to clarify the job responsibilities of the product optimization team,formulate the workflow of product optimization elements in the new era and promote the transformation of the scientific and production model driven by both project and product,this article proposed an interactive work mode based on the interrelation between product optimization elements and team,covering product objects at all levels,and introduced its practical achievements in product spectrum development,selection management,and other product optimization elements,which provide a reference for the effective implementation of related product optimization work.
