产品化是推动科研生产模式转型的关键抓手,是实现高质量、高效率、高效益全面发展的必由之路.无论是"宇航去任务化、百发组批投产"成功实践,还是新时期"型号与产品双驱动"模式探索,均离不开完备的管理制度和良性的运行机制作为支撑.为系统理解产品化工作内涵,全面贯彻正向设计工作理念,从现行产品化标准/制度入手梳理产品层级划分与定义,然后聚焦总体、分系统、单机明确产品应用分类与应用优先级,探讨产品与型号研制流程结合中存在的问题及解决措施,以及平台产品前置验证的重要性,最后分享专业/产品平台建设与验证过程中的工作实践、思考及后续工作展望.
Exploration and Practice of Product Optimization Workflow Based on Forward Design
Product optimization is the key to promote the transformation of scientific research and production mode,and is the only way to achieve comprehensive development with high quality,high efficiency,and high benefits.Whether it is the successful practice of generalization of aerospace missions and batch production for mass launch vehicles,or the dual drive exploration of the missions and products in the new era,both rely on supports from a complete management system and a positive operation mechanism.In order to systematically understand the connotation of product optimization work and fully implement the concept of forward design work,this article starts by reviewing the existing product optimization standards/systems to organize the classification and definition of product levels,and then focuses on the application classification and priority of system,subsystem,unit products,explores the problems and solutions in the combination of product and model development processes,and the importance of platform product pre-validation.Finally,it shares the work practices,thoughts,and future work prospects in the construction and verification process of professional/product platforms.
