在如今航天任务持续增长,成本竞争、技术创新和质量问题日益严峻的新形势下,综合电子设备(以下简称综合电子)采用产品化工作管理模式是必要的,且具有长远意义.在标准架构的约束下,综合电子通用化、系列化、模块化的集成硬件平台具有很强的可移植性和拓展性.通过建设设备型谱和数据库工程,配备专业产保团队严控外包产品质量,实现了"型号与产品双驱动".大力推动基于产品选用的集成研发模式,可有效提升硬件通用化程度,缩短型号研制周期,降低研制成本.同时,型谱产品也通过型号应用考核、数据分析审查提升了产品成熟度,促进了产品化工作的良性循环.
Product Optimization Prototyping Efforts of the Integrated-Electronic Equipment
To adapt to the new situation of continuously growing space missions,cost competition,technological innovation and severe quality situation,it is necessary and has a long-term effect to implement the product optimization management mode of integrated-electronic equipment(short for"IEE").The integrated hardware platform of IEE which is universal,serialized and combined has strong portability and expansibility under the constraint of standard architecture.Through the construction of product spectrum and database engineering,equipped with professional product-assurance team to strictly control the outsourced product quality,the"dual drive of model and product"was realized.It effectively improved the hardware universality,shortened the model R&D timeline and reduced the development cost by vigorously promoting the integrated product-selection R&D mode.Spectrum products have also improved the product maturity through application assessment and data analysis review,which promotes a virtuous circle of product optimization.
