摘要

面对技术创新、市场竞争、成本控制等多重压力,航天企业积极探索产品化、知识工程、系统模型分析等理论方法,将其融入科研生产流程,重塑以产品为中心的科研生产模式.研究了产品端以架构/平台体系建设推进模式变革的工作思路,提出了以系统设计为源头的开放式架构框架,以数据/模型驱动的流程模式,跨职能的协同工作模式的实施路径,从而为航天企业深化改革产品研制模式提供工作思路.

Abstract

Facing pressures such as technological innovation,market competition and cost control,Aerospace companies actively explore methods such as product optimization,knowledge engineering,and system model analysis,integrate into the scientific research and production process,reshaping the product centered research and production mode.This article studied the working ideas of promoting mode change through architecture and platform system construction on the product side,proposed implementation path of an open architecture framework based on system design,a data-driven and model-driven process mode,and a cross functional collaborative work pattern,provided ideas for deepening the reform of product development models for aerospace companies.
