Research on noise reduction of accumulator of constant-frequency rolling rotor compressor
In view of the low OA difference of outdoor unit noise of a constant frequen-cy air conditioner with a climate type of T3 under heating condition, through the analysis on the noise spectrum and vibration transfer path of the outdoor unit,it is determined that the problem is caused by the high noise peak values of the rolling rotor compressor at eighth harmonic and twelfth harmonic. The finite element analysis and natural frequency measurement are used to identify the noise source. The peak frequency characteristics of 464 Hz and 696 Hz are respectively the acoustic cavity modal and structural modal of the compressor accumulator, and the optimization direction of the accumulator noise reduction is given. The experimental verification is conducted. The result shows that the maximum peak value of the noise on the right side of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner after op-timization of the compressor accumulator in the full frequency range of 0-6 kHz is re-duced by 2-9 dB(A)under different wind bands of the indoor unit, and the OA difference is significantly improved.
