目前部分 R290 空调器压缩机润滑油选用低互溶性的 PAG 油,在满足粘度条件的情况下,采用低互溶性的润滑油有利于减少系统充注量.由于 R290 空调器具有低充注量和压缩机大排量的特点,在低温工况下,互溶性较差的制冷剂/润滑油混合物,容易分层流动,制热化霜再启动时可能会出现节流异常现象.文章从 R290 压缩机回油、节流特性、膨胀阀开度控制等方面对低温工况下 R290 空调器出现节流异常现象进行分析并优化验证.
Optimization analysis of throttling characteristics of R290 air conditioner
PAG oil with low mutual solubility is selected as the lubricating oil of some R290 air conditioner compressors.In the case of viscosity conditions,the use of low misci-ble lubricating oil is conducive to reducing the amount of system filling.Because the R290 air conditioner has the characteristics of low charge and large displacement compressor,under low temperature conditions,the refrigerant/lubricating oil mixture with poor mutual solubility is easy to flow in layers,and abnormal throttling may occur in the de-frosting restart process of air conditioning heating mode.This paper analyzes and optimizes the abnormal throttling phenomenon of R290 air conditioner under low tempe-rature conditions from the aspects of compressor oil return,throttling characteristics and expansion valve opening control.
