阐述用于冷库冷风机融霜的热气融霜、水冲霜、电热融霜的工作原理,在相同运行工况下,从初投资、运行成本、融霜效果等方面进行对比分析.结果表明,电热融霜冷风机初投资最低,约为热气融霜的60%,水冲霜的 80%;热气融霜冷风机运行成本约为电热融霜冷风机的 40%~50%,水冲霜冷风机的 1.2~1.4 倍;水冲霜融霜效果最好.最后针对不同类型冷库冷风机给出融霜方式的建议.
Comparative analysis on defrosting methods of air cooler in cold storage
The operation principles of the defrosting methods of air cooler in cold stor-age are introduced,including hot gas defrosting,water defrosting and electric defrost-ing.Under the same operation condition,the comparative analysis is made from initial in-vestment cost,operation cost,defrosting effect etc.The results show that the initial in-vestment of air cooler with electric defrosting is the lowest,which is 60%of that of hot gas defrosting,and 80%of that of water defrosting;the operation cost of air cooler with hot gas defrosting is about 40%-50%of that of electric defrosting,and 1.2-1.4 times of that of water defrosting;the defrosting effect of air cooler with water defrosting is the best.Finally,the defrosting methods of air cooler for different types of cold storage are suggested.
