摘要

随着空调产业的不断升级,制冷量监控已成为产品智能化的关键所在;但试验室结果不能代表产品的真实性能;且目前的监控方法并不适合家用场景.基于此,提出了一种空调器实时制冷量计算模型,通过制冷剂焓差法,利用排气温度、环境温度等实时参数,建模计算系统实时制冷量.此方案不会影响用户使用体验,且无额外成本;因此更适合大批量、用户环境下的长期制冷量计算,同时具有良好的准确度与稳定性.为后续的智能化升级、产品开发、售后维护提供了思路.

Abstract

With the development of the air-conditioning industry,cooling capacity mo-nitoring has become a key issue for product intelligence;however,laboratory results can-not represent the true performance of products;and current monitoring methods are not suitable for home scenarios.Based on this,proposing a real-time cooling capacity calcula-tion model for air conditioners.Through the refrigerant enthalpy difference method,real-time parameters such as exhaust temperature and ambient temperature are used to model and calculate the real-time capability of the system.This solution will not affect the user experience and has no additional cost;therefore,it is more suitable for long-term cooling capacity calculation in large-scale and user environments,and has good accuracy and sta-bility.It provides ideas for subsequent intelligent upgrades,product development,and af-ter-sales maintenance.
