基于KULI仿真对某电池热管理系统的分析

利用KULI仿真软件建立了某电池热管理系统仿真模型,该模型中包含了空调制冷系统的压缩机、电池冷却器、冷凝器、膨胀阀、冷凝风扇、管路等零部件,所有零部件模型均基于其现有技术参数、数模尺寸和实测的试验台架数据;模型建立后冷凝器和电池冷却器需要进行模型标定,保证仿真数据与台架数据在一定的允差范围内,证明该仿真模型的准确性;最终基于真实零部件数据搭建电池冷却液循环和空调制冷剂循环的耦合仿真模型.模型建立后,便可改变不同的边界条件如环境温度、风扇档位、压缩机转速、冷却液温度等,仿真得出系统的各项性能参数.最终实现研究不同的边界条件对电池热管理系统性能和经济性影响的目的.
Analysis of a battery thermal management system based on KULI simulation
The simulation model of a battery thermal management system is established by using the simulation software KULI.The model includes compressor,Chil-ler,condenser,expansion valve,condensing fan,pipeline and other components of the air-conditioning refrigeration system.All component models are based on the existing technical parameters,mathematical model dimensions and measured test bench data of the components;After the model is established,the condenser and the Chiller need to calibrate the model to ensure that the simulation data and the bench data are within a cer-tain tolerance range,which proves the accuracy of the simulation model;Finally,the cou-pling simulation model of battery coolant cycle and air conditioning refrigerant cycle is built based on the real part data.After the model is established,different boundary condi-tions such as ambient temperature,fan gear,compressor speed,coolant temperature,etc.can be changed,and various performance parameters of the system can be obtained through simula-tion.Finally,the purpose of studying the influence of different boundary conditions on the per-formance and economy of battery thermal management system is realized.
