摘要

动力电池热管理系统是保障动力电池安全、高效、可靠的关键系统,能够控制动力电池充放电时温度过高引起的热失控,降低电芯温差,消除电池充放电一致性差,延长电芯寿命.文章采用相同的热管理系统分别在台架和整车上对电池直冷的效果进行试验验证.试验结果表明,在台架上电池的降温速率、均温性、系统能效均较好.在整车上,因整车负荷的增大及影响因素增多,电池的均温性会表现比台架差,但两者均能满足设计要求.

Abstract

The thermal management system of power battery is the key system to en-sure the safety,efficiency and reliability of power battery.It can control the thermal runa-way caused by the high temperature of power battery when charging and discharging,re-duce the temperature difference of the battery,eliminate the poor consistency of the bat-tery charge and discharge,and prolong the life of the battery.In this paper,the same ther-mal management system is used to verify the effect of battery direct cooling on the bench and the vehicle respectively.The experimental results show that the cooling rate,temper-ature uniformity and energy efficiency of battery are batter on bench.In the test vehicle,the temperature uniformity of the battery will be poor due to the increase of vehicle ther-mal load and influence factors,and both of them can meet the design requirements.
