摘要
在多喷嘴型风洞式风量测量装置自动控制的基础上,针对风洞内喷嘴自适应调节进行研究.对喷嘴组合进行编码,并提出喷嘴自适应调节算法,该算法将风洞喷嘴的自动调节从焓差法试验装置自动测试中分离,形成独立的调节模块.经验证,以该算法为基础开发的软件,可以实现风洞喷嘴自动调节、变工况自动调节的测试需求,降低人工成本和测试难度,为实现风量测试自动化提供了新的思路.
Abstract
Based on the automatic control of air volume measuring device in multi-nozzle wind tunnel,the adaptive adjustment of nozzle in wind tunnel is studied.The nozzle combination is encoded and an adaptive adjustment algorithm of nozzle is proposed.The algorithm separates the automatic adjustment of wind tunnel nozzle from the automatic test of enthalpy difference method test device to form an independent adjustment module.It is proved that the software based on this algorithm can realize the test demand of automatic adjustment of wind tunnel nozzle and the automatic adjustment of variable operating conditions,and reduce labor costs and testing difficulty,which provides a new idea for achieving automation of air volume testing.
