某出口中亚地区城轨车辆空调采暖系统设计分析

以某出口中亚地区城轨车辆为研究对象,分析验证该车空调采暖系统设计合理性.通过车辆热负荷计算确定单车制冷量、制热量,完成空调采暖系统设计.利用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynam-ics,CFD)软件Fluent模拟Mc1车车内气流组织,对比EN 14750标准要求,研究车内温度场、速度场等指标,通过空调制冷、通风、采暖性能静止试验,各指标均满足标准要求,验证了系统设计的合理性与科学性.
Research on the design of air conditioning and heating system for an urban rail vehicle exported to Central Asia
The paper takes an urban rail vehicle exported to Central Asia as the research object,analyze and verify the rationality of air-conditioning and heating system design.Through the calculation of vehicle thermal load to determine the single cooling and heat capacity,complete the design of air conditioning and heating system.The air distri-bution in Mc1 vehicle is simulated by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software FLUENT,and the temperature field,velocity field and other indicators are studied by comparing the requirements of EN 14750.Through the static test of ventilation and heating performance,each index meets the standard requirements,which verifies the ra-tionality and scientificity of the system design.
