Experiment on heating capacity of air source heat pump based on decomposed small-cycle reverse cycle defrosting control
The air source heat pump will get frost on the heat exchanger of outdoor unit during heating operation, which will affect the heat transfer capacity and then lead to the problems of insufficient heating capacity of indoor unit and poor comfort.Under a cer-tain operation condition, the conventional reverse cycle defrosting control technology has the problems of large attenuation of operation ability before defrosting, long defrosting time, and short operation cycle before defrosting.A decomposed small-cycle reverse cycle defrosting control technology is proposed on the basis of reverse cycle defrosting control, which is applied to multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit. The test is conduc-ted on an outdoor unit with cooling capacity of 45 kW,matched with five indoor units with cooling capacity of 9 kW.The results show that under the defrosting condition(out-door dry/wet bulb temperature of 2℃/1℃,indoor dry bulb temperature of 20℃),com-pared with the conventional reverse cycle defrosting control method, this control method can achieve the average heating capacity increased by 17%,the operation cycle increased by 92%,and the minimum outlet air temperature up to 32.7℃,so that the improvement effect is remarkable.
