Design and control strategy of auxiliary heat source capacity for water loop heat pump system
An analysis method of condition is proposed to design the auxiliary heat source capacity for water loop heat pump system(WLHPs).The auxiliary heat source ca-pacity model is built by using a back-stepping method from energy change of circulating water.Three kinds of auxiliary heat source capacity schemes are designed taking an office building group in Tianjin as example.Two kinds of heat supply control schemes about load and water temperature are used to analyze the effects of auxiliary heat source on the system operation,and these control schemes are analyzed using energy consumption anal-ysis method.The test results show that three kinds of auxiliary heat source capacity schemes all can ensure the system operate normally.The highest energy efficiency of sys-tem can be obtained as the capacity size with heat load of 55%.In addition,some key technologies can be considered to improve the energy efficiency,including optimizing the heat supply in the range of low-medium load and arriving at an energy balance between u-nit and auxiliary heat source.Finally,the control of water temperature will be more suit-able for the WLHPs than load control.
