液冷散热设备控制系统设计

根据某液冷散热设备的性能要求、设备组成和工作原理,提出一种控制系统解决方案.通过分析液冷散热设备受控器件的特性和动作执行要求,对控制系统的电控、组成与布局、关键程序、报警与保护等程序进行设计.控制系统由控制单元和配电单元组成,继电器、断路器和 PLC 控制器等元器件均集成于2 个单元内.在数字量输入/输出模块的运行下,实现压缩机、循环泵以及电磁阀等器件的启停控制;在模拟量输入/输出模块运行下,实现冷冻水供水温度、压力和 PID控制器的调节.
Design of control system for liquid cooling heat dissipation device
According to the performance requirements,device components and working principles of a liquid cooling heat dissipation device,a control system solution is pro-posed.The control system is designed in terms of electrical control,composition & layout,key programs,as well as alarm & protection procedures by analyzing the charac-teristics and action requirements of the controlled devices in the liquid cooling heat dissipa-tion device.The control system consists of a control unit and a distribution unit,with components such as relays,circuit breakers,and PLC controllers integrated into these two units.Under the operation of digital input/output modules,the start and stop control of devices such as compressors,circulation pumps,and solenoid valves are realized.Mean-while,under the operation of analog input/output modules,the adjustment of chilled wa-ter supply temperature,pressure,and PID controller is achieved.
