基于具体试验数据的电解电容加速退化研究

文章主要通过对某一款电解电容进行不同温度条件下的加速退化试验,在获取各测试时间点试验数据后,对试验数据的退化分布曲线进行拟合,计算出样品的实际激活能,并建立加速建模,从而实现对电解电容的寿命预测,建立一套完整的加速退化及加速寿命分析方法及流程,用于指导其他产品的加速试验及研究工作.
Research on electrolytic capacity acceleration degeneration based on specific test data
This article mainly conducts accelerated degradation tests on a certain type of electrolytic capacitor under different temperature conditions.After obtaining the test data at various time points,the degradation distribution curve of the test data is fitted,the actual activation energy of the sample is calculated,and an accelerated modeling is es-tablished to predict the life of the electrolytic capacitor.A complete set of accelerated deg-radation and accelerated life analysis methods and processes are established to guide the acceleration testing and research work of other products.
