摘要

相比传统家用空调使用的R22 制冷剂以及R410A制冷剂,R32 制冷剂环境友好,并且R32 制冷剂比 R410A的制冷性能更具优势,有助于实现系统设计小型化.由于 R32 制冷剂的单位容积制冷量比较大,R32 系统对于冷凝器的流路设计具有更高要求.文章采用系统仿真与试验测试相结合的办法,对 R32 制冷剂空调冷凝器的流路进行设计优化,并且采用可变分流设计兼顾制冷和制热性能最优.

Abstract

Compared with R22 refrigerant and R410A refrigerant used in traditional household air conditioners,R32 refrigerant is environmentally friendly,and R32 refriger-ant has better refrigeration performance than R410A,which contributes to the miniaturi-zation of system design.Due to the large refrigerating capacity per unit volume of R32 re-frigerant,R32 system has higher requirements for the flow design of condenser.In this paper,the flow path of R32 refrigerant air conditioning condenser is designed and opti-mized by the method of system simulation and experimental test,and the performance of refrigeration and heating is optimized by the variable shunting design.
