摘要

为更好地理解 GB/T 23137-2020《家用和类似用途热泵热水器》,并准确测试空气源热泵热水器的热工性能,对空气源热泵热水器性能测试和计算方法进行解读.首先,为保证空气源热泵热水器性能测试的准确性,建议对标准中公式的疏漏进行修正,标准中对同一物理量的定义和单位应统一,同时,考虑大气压对测试结果的影响.其次,分析空气源热泵热水器热工性能相关参数的计算方法,指出采用单一发生时间获得的性能指标对热泵热水器进行评价存在局限性.最后,指出应及时更新空气源热泵热水器的能效标准或产品标准,使其评价机制保持一致.

Abstract

In order to better understand the terms in GB/T 23137-2020 Heat pump water heater for household and similar application,and conduct the test on thermal per-formance of air source heat pump water heater accurately,the performance test and calcu-lation methods of air source heat pump water heater are interpreted.Firstly,to ensure the accuracy of performance test of air source heat pump water heater,it is suggested that the omissions of the formula should be corrected,and the definition and unit of the same physical quantity should be unified in the standard.At the same time,the influence of atmospheric pressure on the test results is considered.Secondly,relevant parameters of thermal performance of air source heat pump water heater is analyzed,it is pointed out that the performance index obtained by single occurrence time has limitations in the evalu-ation of water heater.Finally,it is pointed out that the energy efficiency standard or prod-uct standard of air source heat pump water heater should be updated in time to keep the evaluation mechanism consistent.
