基于TRNSYS的太阳能耦合污水源热泵系统性能分析

以徐州市某地区某污水处理站为研究对象,为响应节能减排,寻求改造方案.为与建筑一体化,在其屋顶布置平板式太阳能集热器,可直接提供热能,或为污水源热泵机组提供低温热工质,提高热泵机组蒸发器进口温度,进而提高制热效率.基于 TRNSYS搭建太阳能耦合污水源热泵系统运行模型,研究表明系统能耗为 15.3 MW,系统COP值为 4.0,性能较为优越.与污水源热泵系统相比,耦合系统运行较为稳定,系统性能得到较大提升,节能效果明显.耦合系统较污水源热泵系统 COP 值提高 10.5%,能耗降低11.1%.耦合系统评价因子为 0.983 2,是最优的制热方案,系统保证制热稳定的同时,兼顾其经济节能性、可靠安全性.
Performance analysis of solar coupled sewage source heat pump system based on TRNSYS
Taking a sewage treatment station in Xuzhou area as the research object,it seeks transformation schemes in response to energy conservation and emission reduction.In order to integrate with the building,flat-plate solar collectors are arranged on its roof,which not only provide heat for the sewage treatment station,but also provide low-temperature heat medium for the sewage source heat pump unit,improve the evapo-rator inlet temperature of the heat pump unit,and thus improve the heating efficien-cy.The operation model of the solar-coupled sewage source heat pump system is built based on TRNSYS.The research shows that the energy consumption of the system is 15.3 MW,the COP of the system is 4.0,and the performance is superior.Compared with the sewage source heat pump system,the coupling system operates more stably,the sys-tem performance is greatly improved,and the energy-saving effect is obvious.The COP of the coupling system is 10.5%higher than that of the sewage source heat pump system,and the energy consumption is 11.1%lower.The evaluation factor of the coupling system is 0.983 2,which is the optimal heating scheme.The system ensures the stability of the heat-ing,while taking into account its economy,energy conservation,reliability and safety.
