Design of printed circuit heat exchangers for hydrogen refueling stations
Printed circuit heat exchangers are based on the diffusion welding process of solid phase additive manufacturing, and the molded products have the advantages of high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and compact structure. The design method of printed circuit heat exchangers for hydrogen refueling stations is introduced. In addition, the design parameters of printed circuit heat exchangers for pre-cooling heat exchangers of hydrogen before compressor and hydrogen coolers after compressor are calculated and compared under the same load. The results show that compared with spiral tube exchang-ers and double-pipe heat exchangers, printed circuit heat exchangers show significant ad-vantages at the aspects of product compactness, size and weight, which can better meet the requirements of hydrogen refueling stations.
