机械通风开式冷却塔降噪方案研究

随着工业社会的飞速发展及人民生活水平的日益提高,噪声污染问题丞需解决,为保证冷却塔在满足噪声排放标准的前提下安全、稳定、高效运行,文章从冷却塔的结构及工作原理出发对产生冷却塔噪声的噪声源进行分析,确定了淋水、风机和机械转动/传动为主的噪声来源,综合国内外学者对冷却塔噪声治理的案例经验,从源头治理、过程拦截和综合治理 3 方面对冷却塔的降噪方案进行了深入研究,最后对冷却塔降噪方案进行了总结并提出展望.
Study on noise reduction scheme of mechanical ventilation open cooling tower
With the rapid development of industrial society and the increasing improve-ment of people's living standards,the problem of noise pollution needs to be solved.In order to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the cooling tower on the premise of meeting the noise emission class Ⅱ standard,this paper analyzes the noise sources of the cooling tower noise from the structure and working principle of the cooling tower,and determines the noise sources mainly from water spraying,fan and mechanical rotation/transmission,Based on the case experience of domestic and foreign scholars on cooling tower noise control,the noise reduction scheme of cooling tower is deeply studied from three aspects:source control,process interception and comprehensive control.Finally,the noise reduction scheme of cooling tower is summarized and prospected.
