摘要

空调制冷管路局部应力超标将导致铜管或焊接处产生裂纹,引起制冷剂泄漏.本文以电磁振动台模拟压缩机的激励,进行制冷管路加速寿命试验.并结合制冷管路寿命分析结果,确定制冷管路在实际产品中的振动应力限值.

Abstract

Excessive local stress in the refrigeration pipeline of air conditioners can lead to cracks in the copper tubes or welds,resulting in refrigerant leakage.An electromag-netic vibration table is used to simulate the excitation from the compressor,and an accler-ated life test is conducted on the refrigeration pipeline.By combining life analysis on the refrigeration pipeline,the vibration stress limit for the refrigeration pipeline in actual products is determined.
