某低温工艺项目制冷机房系统高能效优化研究

以某低温工艺项目低温和舒适性制冷机房系统全年运行能效比提升为目标,进行制冷机房系统高能效优化设计和研究.通过将原低温制冷机房系统的间接供冷形式更改为直接供冷形式,以及采用高能效冷水机组、低阻力输配管网、低冷幅冷却塔和低阻高效空调末端等技术对项目原制冷机房系统进行优化,以提高运行能效.计算结果表明,优化后不同类型制冷机房系统全年运行能效提升 22.4%~49.3%,可大幅降低建筑运行能耗.
High energy efficiency optimization of refrigeration room system in a low-temperature process project
Aiming at improving the annual operation energy efficiency ratio of low-tem-perature and comfort refrigeration room system in a low-temperature process project,and the high energy efficiency optimization design and research of refrigeration room system are carried out.The original refrigeration room system of the project is comprehensively optimized by changing the indirect cooling to direct cooling,as well as matching high en-ergy efficient water chiller units,low resistance water transmission and distribution pipe network,low cooling amplitude cooling tower and low resistance and efficient air-condi-tioning terminals,so as to improve the operation energy efficiency.The calculation results show that the annual operation energy efficiency improvements of the optimized refrigera-tion room system of different types can reach 22.4%-49.3%,which greatly reduces the building operation energy consumption.
