配用闪发器的双级压缩机性能测试方法研究

研究配用闪发器的双级压缩机的 2 种性能测试方法:一种为模拟空调系统实际使用,只控制中间压力不控制补气温度的闪发器测试方法(黑箱测试方法),另一种为 GB/T 5773-2016《容积式制冷剂压缩机性能试验方法》中的控制中间压力和补气温度的闪发器测试方法(标准测试方法).结果显示:黑箱测试方法存在压缩机补气制冷剂为湿蒸气的情况,此时压缩机功率会下降,能效在此状态下最优;标准测试方法补气制冷剂为过热气体,测试制冷量较实际偏高;黑箱测试方法适用于中间压力变化时性能评估,标准测试方法适用于同一中间压力下性能差异的对比.
Performance test method of two-stage compressors equipped with flash-tank
Two performance test methods of two-stage compressors equipped with flash-tank are studied:one flash-tank test method is to simulate the actual use of the air-conditioning systems(black box test method),which only controls the intermediate pres-sure and does not control the vapor injection temperature;the other flash-tank test mothod is to control the intermediate pressure and vapor injection temperature(standard test method)stated in GB/T 5773-2016 The method of performance test for positive displacement refrigerant compressors.The results show that the black box test method has the situation that the injection refrigerant of the compressor is wet vapor,at which time the compressor power will decrease,and the energy efficiency will be optimal in this state;in the standard test method,the injection refrigerant are superheated vapor,resul-ting in a higher test cooling capacity than the actual result;the black box test method is suitable for the performance assessment during the variation of intermediate pressure,and the stadard test method is suitable for comparing the performance difference under the same intermediate pressure.
